CEMENTFOAM SYSTEM is an innovative construction system that uses high-density EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) as the primary material, adhering to construction standards. It is then bonded with a wire mesh (to enhance concrete adhesion), covered with standard construction concrete mortar, and finished with a decorative surface finish according to the desired design.

How does it work?

Installation format and procedures.

CEMENTFOAM can be used on all parts of a building, from floors and walls to roofs, with installation distances as shown in the table.

Installation

  • Cutting EPS foam can be easily cut with a regular power saw or utility knife.
  • Foam joining When joining EPS foam sheets together, use only adhesive specifically designed for EPS foam. Other types of adhesive will react with the EPS foam and cause it to melt.
  • Plastering Chicken wire or reinforcing mesh can be attached to the EPS foam sheet, along with a special adhesive to bond the EPS foam and plaster together. Finally, plaster can be applied to the surface of the EPS foam sheet.
